Jeff is blessed to work for a small company that's a firm believer in the power of "team building through sunshine." they've taken employees and their spouses to Mexico every few years as long as Jeff has worked there (going on 14 years), and we've enjoyed every visit we've been able to attend (missing one year having a 3-week-old Greta).
spending 3 days in the sunshine was glorious.
today I'm watching the snow fall outside our quiet house, and listening to the first rustlings of movement from waking children.
(exactly 24 hours ago, we were swimming in that ocean, following a sea turtle swimming 10' below us, and avoiding a sting ray....)
time to make coffee, and settle back in to winter.
Isn't it glorious to be able to get out your shorts and tank tops in January? I so envy you!

oh that looks like such a lovely place and relaxing time! and of course you guys look beautiful and happy too! glad you were able to get this break from the cold and snow and ice of our winter here...
