Kaatje's homemade bubble solution:
1 part (or Tablespoon) dish soap (kirkland "environmentally friendly" seems to work fine)
10 parts (or Tablespoons) water
Mix gently in a plastic container, and keep the lid on while not using or the dog will knock it over or bugs will die in it. Put food coloring in the water just for fun until mom finds blue drops on the counter.
Make bubble wands out of pipe cleaners since mom's thrown away all the old bubble wands away from years past.
Use as excuse to stay out late, until bugs (including mom) drive you in.
