I got a run in on my birthday morning, visited the local garden center for new plants to spruce up the late-summer yard, then put in the air conditioners for this forecast of 10 days of "dangerous heat and humidity." It was a simple Saturday, but with cake and ice cream to finish it off... and those are the best, aren't they?
